POTATO VODKA

3 lbs potato

1lb cracked barley

Yeast

Distilled water

 

Pressure cook 3 lbs potatoes for 40 minutes with 4 cups water

Mash it up

Add 1 gallon of distilled water

Heat to 150F

Add 1 lb cracked barley and simmer at 150F for 45 minutes

Cool to 90F deg

pour liquid through a filter and put into a fermenting container

aerate the liquid in the fermenting container

add  2 oz of turbo yeast
