BLACKBERRY CINNAMON RUM
The cinnamon really transforms rum from a summertime spirit into something to warm the soul on a winter’s night.
25 oz. rum
4 cups fresh blackberries
2 cinnamon sticks
1. Wash the blackberries.
2. Place the blackberries and cinnamon sticks in bottom of infusion jar.
3. Add rum and seal the jar.
4. Let infuse for 1–2 weeks out of direct sunlight, tasting and gently stirring regularly.
5. Strain the rum into a clean bottle and cap.
