APRICOT PEACH VODKA
Another summer favorite, this infusion really comes to life when crafted with locally sourced, fresh ingredients. Don’t be afraid to experiment with the apricot-to-peach ratio to suit your pallet.
25 oz. vodka
4 fresh apricots
3 fresh peaches

1. Wash the apricots and peaches, half them, and remove and discard their pits.
2. Slice all fruit into quarters.
3. Place apricots and peaches in bottom of infusion jar.
4. Add vodka and seal the jar.
5. Let infuse for 1–2 weeks out of direct sunlight, tasting and gently stirring regularly.
6. Strain the spirit into a clean bottle and cap.
TIP
When picking out your apricots, look for a rich orange and reddish glow.
